WestWood Liquid Technologies has launched a low odour, liquid-applied polyurethane (PU) membrane suitable for both newbuild and refurbishment projects.
BBA-certified, Wethan 275 LO+ is a single-component system designed for flat roofs with restricted access. Its low odour enables use in sensitive environments such as hospitals, schools and food manufacturing plants.
Reinforced with glass fibre, the membrane cures to form a seamless waterproofing layer that extends the roof life. Cold applied, it can be easily and safely installed, and is rain resistant after application.
Wayne Chissell, Technical Director at WestWood, said: “Wethan 275 LO+ is an advanced polyurethane membrane offering a high-quality liquid waterproofing system ideal for occupied
sites where minimising odour is essential.
“As it’s so easy to apply and transport, it’s also a perfect solution for roofs with restricted access and complex detailing. Building owners and managers can be assured of durable waterproofing with minimal maintenance thanks to the membrane’s high elasticity and resistance to weathering.” www.westwood-uk.com
